RENEWAL REGISTRATION ACTIVITIES FOR SEMESTER 1 (2025/2026)

Please be informed that the RENEWAL REGISTRATION ACTIVITIES FOR SEMESTER 1 (2025/2026) started on 11 August 2025.

Renewal Registration Activities For Semester I (Academic Session 2025/2026) without late registration penalty will end on 06 Oktober 2025. Students who have not yet completed Renewal Registration, please take note on this:

• If you plan to pay/ register during late registration period (07 October 2025 – 19 October 2025), Late Registration Penalty amount (RM200/ USD50) will be imposed.

• If you choose to postpone this semester 1 (2025/2026), please apply via https://campusonline.usm.my/  BEFORE 19 October 2025.

• For Research Mode student, tuition fees will be charged until the complete submission of the draft thesis. The Progress Report are compulsory to be filled in for every semester until the completion your studies.

• For EPF withdrawal, please apply through the EPF website at www.kwsp.gov.my by 21 September 2025. Kindly ensure that your registration is confirmed.
