Virtual Conference RAISER 2021 & iMEET 2021

 

On 6 July 2021, a joint conference has been successfuly held virtually, comprising of both International Conference on Recent Advances in Sustainable Energy Research 2021 (RAISER 2021) and International Conference on Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic Engineering & Technology 2021 (iMEET 2021)

For RAISER 2021, this is the second edition of RAISER conference, as a follow up of RAISER 2019. With the theme "Accelerating Green Energy for Sustainable Future", this conference has been a platform for promoting key areas in sustainable energy, namely energy production, energy conversion and transportation, energy efficiency, energy storage, and energy applications. With many new ideas, technologies and research works being presented, this sharing could improve the quality and efficiency of research collaboration and networks. This conference is co-organized by National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, South Eastern University of Sri Lanka, Prince of Songkla University and Institut Teknologi PLN.

For iMEET 2021, it aims is provide a platform for industrial players, academicians, researchers, engineers and scientists from various countries to share their ideas and the latest research in various fields of emerging engineering and technology. This conference focuses on the areas but not limited to mechanics, materials, manufacturing, thermofluids, heat transfer, energy conversion, digital/analog, semiconductor, power electronic, mechatronics, electrical power, telecommunication and computing engineering. This conference is co-organized by Universiti Kuala Lumpur MIMET.

 

With RAISER 2021 chaired by Dr. Mohd Azmi Ismail and iMEET 2021 led by Prof. Mohd Zulkifly Abdullah, this joint conference had received great interest with participants from Oman, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Indonesia, and also Malaysia. A total of 79 papers have been presented during the conference.
